Guide to our Pledge Manager

We decided to set up the Pledge Manager on our own website. There are few reasons why we decided to build our own Pledge Manager, but the main reason is to make it easy for the backers:

  • You don’t need to register.
  • You don’t need to add your Kickstarter items to the cart.
  • You don’t even need to add your addresses (most of you already have their addresses registered on Kickstarter).
  • You don’t need to share your data with another third-party.
  • You just need to click 2X, add your payment details, submit and be done!

Well that’s the idea, so I hope it will work as planned. Please bear with us and don’t hesitate to report any bugs or difficulties you are facing 🙏❤️.

Everything is automatically added, so if you just want to pay the shipping fees (and not change your KS order), you just need to follow the Quick Guide and be done in a minute.

Quick Guide

  1. Click the unique link you received by email.
  2. Click “Proceed to checkout” on the cart.
  3. Check order details in the checkout page.
  4. Add your payment details.
  5. Click “Place Order”.

Detailed Guide

  1. Click the unique link you received by email.
  2. It will take you to the CART page.
  3. The system will automatically add:
    • Items you pledged on Kickstarter.
    • A COUPON equivalent to the value Kickstarter debited you.
  4. Click on “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”.
  5. Checkout
    • You don’t need to create an account or login, an account will be automatically created for you upon order completion (so you can follow-up the order).
    • All the details you provided in the survey (name, address, phone and email) will be automatically added. Check that all details are correct!
    • PLEASE DON’T CHANGE the email address because the COUPON is linked to your Kickstarter email.
    • (Optional) write an “order note” if you want to add notes for delivery.
    • Check that your order items are correct and the coupon is applied.
    • VAT (for EU/UK) is a % of this sum: products + shipping.
    • Choose your payment method and Place Order.
Want to Upgrade to a higher tier?

  1. Click the unique link you received by email.
  2. It will take you to the CART page.
  3. The system will automatically add:
    • Items you pledged on Kickstarter.
    • A COUPON equivalent to the value Kickstarter debited you.
  4. Don’t remove anything yet from the cart (or your coupon will be removed too).
  5. Go on the PRE-ORDERS page.
  6. ADD TO CART whatever you want.
  7. Click on VIEW CART.
  8. Then remove the items you don’t want from the cart.
  9. Click on “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”. 
  10. Checkout
    • You don’t need to create an account or login, an account will be automatically created for you upon order completion (so you can follow-up the order).

Troubleshoot

Coupon is gone – Alert on Cart page: “Sorry, it seems the coupon “COUPONCODE” is invalid – it has now been removed from your order.”

The coupon is linked to the value you pledged on Kickstarter, so your total order cannot be lower then the value you pledged in Kickstarter. If by any chance you removed an item from the cart, the order value will be reduced, then the coupon will be removed too. But don’t worry, grab the coupon code from the email and just copy it in the coupon code area (in the cart or checkout) and press APPLY COUPON or simply click again the unique link in the email to reset to all default values (matching your Kickstarter pledge). 

Alert on Checkout page: “Sorry, it seems the coupon “COUPONCODE” is not yours – it has now been removed from your order.

The coupon is personal and is linked to your Kickstarter email. Make sure you used the same email as the one on Kickstarter. Contact us if you use appleID for your email. 

Details you provided in the survey (name, address, phone and email) weren’t automatically added or are gone.

It can happen if you browse away from the shop area, but don’t worry just click again the link in the email and all details will be back in the checkout page. If in the meantime, you changed items in the cart, keep in mind clicking the link will add original Kickstarter items. But don’t worry, just remove them from the cart and proceed to checkout.
